Return & Refund Policy

No Hassle 30-Day Returns

Thank you for purchasing full LED projector headlights at lesemled.com. If you receive the wrong headlight or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

LESEM accepts returns within 30 calendar days from the date the package is received by the buyer or original recipient, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Please repackage the headlight(s) in the original shipping container and contact us for a return. We will promptly provide you with an E-way bill screenshot, which you can present at any UPS store for guidance through the return procedure.

All returns must be unused and in original condition, including all items and components included in the original package. Headlights being returned must not have been disassembled, mounted, modified, or damaged due to incorrect installation or user error.

Refunds

Once our warehouse receives your item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

Please note that in line with our policy, the shipping costs incurred during the return process will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or a direct result of an error on our part. The remaining balance will then be reimbursed to the original payment method used for the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take approximately 5 to 10 business days for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order made on lesemled.com, please call us or contact us via Live Chat or email. Cancellations can be accommodated if your order has not yet been packed or shipped.

We will do our best to process order cancellations, but if for any reason we are unable to do so, you will need to wait for the package to arrive and then return it to us. For more details, you can refer to our return policy.

10-Year Warranty

LESEM will guarantee that your product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 10 Years from the original purchase date unless otherwise specified.

This warranty is non-transferable, and made ONLY to the original purchaser.

This warranty does not apply to any product that fails due to:

  • Flood, hail, or other environment conditions including natural disasters
  • Accident or collision
  • Improper use, installation, maintenance, or service
  • Use of the product with other third-party product(s) which fail
  • Abuse, misuse, modification, or neglect of the product
  • Failure to follow directions on proper use or installation

This warranty does not cover labor, towing, or rental car charges, which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

We will either replace any defective or malfunctioning headlight at no charge or provide a refund instead of replacing the product.

If a headlight assembly is replaced under this warranty, we will warranty the replacement headlight as well, subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions contained in this policy.

Headlight Replacement

If you require a replacement for your LESEM headlight(s) due to a manufacturer's defect or an error on our part, kindly follow these straightforward steps:

Packaging: Repackage the headlight(s) securely in the original shipping container to prevent any damage during transit.

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to initiate the replacement process. You can contact us via live chat or email, and our representatives will guide you through the necessary steps.

Shipping the Original Headlights: Upon contacting us, you will promptly receive an E-way bill screenshot. Take the packaged headlights to any UPS store, presenting the E-way bill screenshot. The UPS staff will assist you in shipping the headlights back to our warehouse.

Replacement Shipment: Once our warehouse receives and inspects the original headlights, we will promptly dispatch the replacement headlights. You will then receive an email notification containing the tracking number for your convenience.

Shipping Costs: We'll cover return shipping if the replacement is due to a manufacturer's defect or our error.

Note: For replacements not due to a defect or our error, you can place a new order and return the original headlights to our warehouse following our Return & Refund Policy. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
