Q: Do you install?

A: No, we do not perform installation. LESEM headlights are designed for plug-n-play installation, so you can do this work by yourself. Also, professional installation would be highly recommended. 

Q: How long do LESEM full LED headlights last?

A: Typically, LED headlights will last for around 20,000 to 30,000 hours. LESEM full LED headlights can even last longer than some cars!

Q: Are LESEM headlights legal for street use?

A: Yes. 

Q: Can I replace the LED bulbs?

A: No. LESEM headlights use built-in LED chips to light the road ahead.

Q: Does LESEM product come with both the driver and passenger headlight?

A: Yes. It comes with both the driver and passenger headlight.

Q: Will LESEM headlights come with electrical wiring?

A: No, LESEM headlights do not contain electrical wiring.

Q: Are LESEM headlights sealed?

A: Yes, all LESEM headlights are sealed so that water doesn’t enter into them while washing the car.

Q: Why is there fog or moisture in my headlights?

A: The fog you see in your headlight is condensation. Condensation occurs when ambient temperatures inside the headlights differ vastly from environment temperature. This causes gaseous water molecules inside the headlight to condense. Condensation is a natural phenomenon that occurs everywhere. This is sort of like how the front window on your car can fog up and you have to turn on the defroster vent to clear it all away. The condensation in your headlights will usually dissipate after the headlights are turned on, as the heat of the lights evaporates the moisture.

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?

A: No, but we recommend that you have an account so that you can keep track of your current and past orders.

Q: What are the delivery charges for orders placed on lesemled.com?

A: LESEM provides Free Shipping service for the US 48 contiguous states.

Q: Does LESEM charge sales tax?

A: Yes, LESEM collects and remits sales tax as required by U.S. law, for transactions on lesemled.com.

Q: Which payment methods are available?

A: Lesemled.com offers a wide range of payment options to make your shopping experience more convenient. Accepted payment methods include:

  • All major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, etc.
  • PayPal

Q: Can I pay by check? Can I order LESEM headlights COD?

A: No. 

Q: Will I be notified after my order is shipped?

A: Yes. We will email you a tracking number and a tracking link once your package is shipped.

Q: How to track my orders?

A: We will send you the tracking number and link via email in a follow-up email (which is different than your order notification). You can click the tracking link to open the shipping provider's website and paste the tracking number into the search box to track your order. Please check your junk folders if you have trouble locating this email. 

You may also log in at lesemled.com, select “My Account” and then “My Orders” to track a specific shipment.

Q: Can I cancel or change my orders?

A: Yes, you can cancel or change your order at any time if the order has not yet been packed or shipped, otherwise you will need to return it. Please review our return policy here.     

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: Can I have my order shipped to a location outside of the United States?

A: No, LESEM only ships to locations within the United States. 

Q: Can I have my order shipped to a different address than my home address?

A: Yes, you can enter a different shipping address during the checkout process.

Q: Can I have my order shipped to an APO or FPO address?

A: No, LESEM does not currently offer shipping to APO or FPO addresses.

Q: Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box?

A: No, all orders from lesemled.com cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes. A physical street address is required.

Q: How long will it take to receive my packages?

A: About 3-5 working days.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or wrong headlight?

A: If you happen to receive a damaged or wrong LESEM headlight, please contact us immediately for a replacement.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q: What products are eligible for a return?

A: Headlights must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Headlights marked “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned. Please check our return and refund policy here for more details.

Q: How do I return headlights?

A: Please repackage the headlight(s) in the original shipping container and contact us for a return.

Q: Will LESEM cover the cost of return shipping?

A: We are not responsible for any return freight charges unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or a direct result of an error on our part.

Q: How long will it take to receive my refund?

A: Refunds are normally processed within 24-72 working hours once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned headlights.

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment source. For credit card payments, it may take about 5 - 10 working days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Q: What if I order the wrong headlights? Can I exchange the headlights I ordered?

A: You can order the correct headlights on lesemled.com and return the wrong headlights to us, just like you return any other item. You can take a look at our return policy here.

Q: Do LESEM headlights have a warranty?

A: Yes, LESEM provides a 10-year warranty.

Q: How do I change my account information?

A: It is easy to change the account information. Just visit MY ACCOUNT and you can see your order history and manage your shipping addresses here.

Q: How to reset my password?

A:  If you forget the password and cannot sign into your account, just click "Lost your password?" and submit your email address. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
